This dedicated booking platform is customized for travel advisors with the ability to create a travel professional profile attached to every reservation made through the site. Additionally, you can access public rates and offers for all 400+ Leading Hotels, and book luxury consortia rates*.

Book a Leading Hotel:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com.
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. Input preferred arrival and departure dates.

4. Select a property from the drop-down list. Hint: You can start typing the name of a Leading Hotel to quicken your search.

5. Click “Search” to see rate and offer options.
6. Browse the available accommodations with public rates and offers. Luxury consortia rates will be visible if the hotel is affiliated with a luxury consortia program your agency is affiliated with.

7. Once you are ready to confirm the reservation, click “BOOK NOW” for the rate/offer of your accommodation choice.
8. At the top of the page, you will see your travel advisor profile information.

9. Complete your guest’s information. Please note that we advise you to input YOUR email address instead of the guest email address to receive the reservation confirmation email with sensitive details.
10. Reminder to add your Leading Advisor Number to the beginning of the “Additional Details and Preferences” field followed by three forward slashes [///]. You are able to add additional comments after the three forward slashes. In the example above, the Leading Advisor Number is LAN-0000018.

11. Insert credit card payment details and click “CONTINUE” to finalize the booking.
Search Leading Hotels in a Specific Destination:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com.
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. Input arrival and departure dates.

4. Select a country and city (if a country or city is not listed, LHW does not have a property in that destination).

5. Click ‘Search” to see results.
6. Select BOOK NOW for the hotel you would like to see rates and offers for.
View Your LHWadvisor.com Reservations:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. At the top navigation bar, click on “MANAGE YOUR RESERVATIONS”.
4. Input the start and end dates of the reservation(s) you are searching for. Hint: if you would like to see all reservations made for the [year], insert January [year] for the start date and December [year] for the end date.
 
Please note that you are only able to view reservations booked through LHWadvisor.com.
Modify or Cancel a LHWadvisor.com Reservation:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com.
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. At the top navigation bar, click on “MANAGE YOUR RESERVATIONS”.

4. Search for the reservation you would like to modify or cancel using the start and end date fields. Locate the reservation and click “VIEW DETAILS”.
 
Please note that you are only able to modify or cancel reservations booked through LHWadvisor.com.
5. On the reservation detail page, click “CHANGE THIS RESERVATION” (located at the top right corner of the screen) if modifying the reservation. Click “CANCEL RESERVATION” (located at the top right corner of the screen) if cancelling the reservation, then click "CANCEL NOW" to confirm.
6. If modifying the reservation, select the room you would like to edit, select “Rooms and Hotel Services,” and click “EDIT NOW.”
7. Locate the “Check-in/Check-out” field at the top of the page to select the new dates and click on “SEARCH”.
8. Select the room and the rate you wish to book and click on “BOOK NOW” (or “KEEP ROOM” if you are selecting the same room and rate as the original reservation).
 
9. Click “CONTINUE” to save your edits, then click “COMPLETE BOOKING” on the next screen to ensure your amendments are sent through. (Don’t forget to check the “I agree with the Privacy Terms.”)
Add Your Leading Advisor Number to a Confirmed LHWadvisor.com Reservation:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. At the top navigation bar, click on “MANAGE YOUR RESERVATIONS”
4. Search for the reservation you would like to add your Leading Advisor Number to using the start and end date fields. Locate the reservation and click “VIEW DETAILS”.
 
Please note that you are only able to add your Leading Advisor Number to reservations where the guest has not checked-in yet and was booked through LHWadvisor.com. If you would like to add your Leading Advisor Number to bookings made through the GDS or a LHW Reservations and Service Center, please view our FAQs for instructions.
6. On the reservation detail page, click “CHANGE THIS RESERVATION” (located at the top right corner of the screen).

7. Select the room you would like to edit, select “Guest or Payment Info,” and click “EDIT NOW.
 
8. Locate the “Additional Details and Preferences Field” to add your Leading Advisor Number in the beginning of the field. In the following example, the Leading Advisor Number is LAN-0000018: LAN-0000018 /// allergic to strawberries, prefers higher floor away from elevators.

9. Click Continue to save your edits, then click “COMPLETE BOOKING” on the next screen to ensure your Leading Advisor Number is sent through to LHW. (Don’t forget to check the “I agree with the Privacy Team.”)
View and/or Edit Your Travel Advisor Profile:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com.
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. At the top navigation bar, click on “MY PROFILE”.
4. You have full edit rights for all fields. Note that all fields must be complete for your profile.

5. Click “submit” once updates to your profile are made.
Change Your Password:
  1. Visit LHWadvisor.com
  2. Log-in using your email and password. If you forgot your password, please email TAsupport@lhw.com.
3. At the top navigation bar, click on “MY PROFILE”.
4. Click on “Change Password”.

5. Input your current password, then create a new password. You must reconfirm your new password in the third field. Click "Submit."
