Leading Advisor Number Policies A Leading Advisor Number can be attached to reservations at the time of booking any one of our 400+ Leading Hotels through the various channel options offered to you: GDS, LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Centers, and the LHW’s dedicated travel advisor booking platform. Click here for visual instructions on how to attach your Leading Advisor Number to bookings. A Leading Advisor Number can be attached to past bookings you’ve made within the year only if the guest has not yet checked in at the time of the request. Please view our FAQs on how to attach your Leading Advisor Number to past bookings made through the following channels: GDS, LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Centers, and the LHW’s dedicated travel advisor booking platform. A Leading Advisor Number can be attached to reservations up until the date of check-in. A Leading Advisor Number cannot be attached to reservations made directly with a Leading Hotel. A Leading Advisor Number can only be attached to reservations made through: GDS, LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Centers, and LHW’s dedicated travel advisor booking platform. A Leading Advisor Number can only be attached to leisure or corporate bookings. A Leading Advisor Number cannot be attached to any bookings associated with a group or group rate. Also, a Leading Advisor Number cannot be attached to any third-party bookings (OTA, Wholesalers, DMCs, etc.) A Leading Advisor Number can only be used by one travel advisor and must be the same person. An individual travel advisor may not have multiple Leading Advisor Numbers. |
