Do I have a Leading Advisor Number? Please connect with your dedicated LHW sales contact to determine your Leading Advisor Number. How can I get a Leading Advisor Number? Receiving a Leading Advisor Number is limited due to the ongoing development of this feature. LHW currently has assigned Leading Advisor Numbers to only a select pilot group of travel advisors to help test functionality of the feature. The pilot group will help LHW identify and contain any technical issues that will be resolved internally to provide better efficiencies for the travel trade community and our servicing team. How does the Leading Advisor Number track my bookings? LHW encourages you to attach or provide your Leading Advisor Number when booking any one of our 400+ Leading Hotels through the various channel options offered to you: GDS, LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Centers, and the LHW’s dedicated travel advisor booking platform. LHW’s internal reporting system will identify your Leading Advisor Number and track all bookings made with your unique identifier. Each Leading Advisor Number is unique to an individual travel advisor – which means it is not transferable to another advisor, nor can it be shared with other colleagues to attach to bookings. One person cannot have multiple Leading Advisor Numbers. What happens to my Leading Advisor Number if I move to a different Travel Agency or start my own Travel Agency? If you transfer to a different Travel Agency, please connect with your dedicated LHW sales contact to update your agency information in our system. To ensure your participation and engagement is tracked, please attach or provide your Leading Advisor Number when booking a Leading Hotel through the various channel options offered to you below. • GDS: You will add your Leading Advisor Number to the SI field when completing a reservation in the GDS.

However, you are only able to attach your Leading Advisor Number to bookings where the guest has not checked in yet. For bookings made through the GDS, you may revert to the booking in the GDS and add your Leading Advisor Number to the SI field prior to the guest check-in date. For GDS bookings with ground transportation attached to the reservation, please contact a LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Center for assistance in adding your LAN. For bookings made through LHW’s dedicated travel advisor booking platform, you may revert to the booking under the “MANAGE YOUR RESERVATIONS.” Once you have the reservation open, click on “CHANGE THIS RESERVATION” located at the top right corner of the screen, select the room you would like to edit, then select edit “Guest or Payment Info,” and click “EDIT NOW.” Locate the “Additional Details and Preferences Field” to add your Leading Advisor Number in the beginning of the field.
