Leaders Club is a loyalty program designed for travelers who stay at Leading Hotels around the world. It rewards guests with points on eligible bookings and gives access to exclusive member offers.

Clients enrolled in Leaders Club will earn points on eligible bookings, including luxury consortia, promotional, publicly available and Leaders Club rates booked through the GDS or an LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Center.

This means you can offer more value to your clients with on-property benefits* and have them earn points to redeem for complimentary nights – all while you continue to earn your commission.

HOW TO BOOK A LEADERS CLUB MEMBER RESERVATION

To ensure you receive your commission and your client earns Leaders Club points, please provide your IATA/agency ID and your client’s Leaders Club member number for each reservation made through the GDS or LHW Voice Reservations.

Enroll your clients in Leaders Club now by contacting your LHW sales representative or a LHW Worldwide Reservation and Service Center and provide the following client information: preferred salutation, first & last name, email address. physical address (street, city, country), and preferred language.

While Leaders Club is designed for travelers to earn rewards and enjoy exclusive member offers, the Leading Advisor Number (LAN) is created for travel advisors to track their bookings and gain recognition. Each serves a unique purpose—but when used together, they unlock greater value for both you and your clients.

Once enrolled, Leaders Club Numbers are assigned to travelers to earn points on stays and enjoy exclusive offers. In contrast, the Leading Advisor Number (LAN) is created for our key travel advisors to track their bookings and gain recognition among Leading Hotels. Each serves a unique purpose—but when used together, they unlock greater value for both you and your clients.
